        Following surgery and delayed physiotherapy I decided to try yoga and aerobics at Eskbank Yoga to regain flexibility and range of movement. The instructor is so professional checking everyone's capabilities and suggesting alternative , less taxing moves if necessary. Great vibes, great tunes and great fun.
