Doug did a great job, went above and beyond with my boiler fitting and some other plumbing work for me to a high standard. Turned up when he said he would and did a great job, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Avoid this company at all costs! In an absolute emergency I sent them and some 100 (yes, 100) other companies a very clearly written e-mail asking them about their availability to install a couple of boilers (which I have sitting beside me) in the next few days with the possibility of another two or three to follow shortly. Most importantly I included my phone number so that anybody with any questions could phone me. I then got a rambling, poorly written e-mail back in which this absolute idiot said that he would not be able to come out to do a site inspection for four days, which is fair enough, and giving me his phone number in case I wanted to discuss it with him. But then came the usual "you will find it difficult to find anybody who will come out before then and (besides) the merchants are shut." I then questioned the relevance of the merchants being shut (given that I have the boilers and everything else here). But this guy just would not let it go, calling me a "looney" and telling me to "bore off!" So unless you want a mouthful of abuse, I would certainly avoid this so called professional company. And for his information, I got phone calls from three companies who came out today (well yesterday now), one of whom has been invited back to do the job starting tomorrow. And they have all the materials, including my boilers, that they will need. If anybody wants to know how the job went and if I could recommend the company which is going to do the job, get in touch.
