I recently signed up with Janie and her Personal Training services. I had my second child a year ago and after lockdown have been finding I was lacking in motivation and enthusiasm for exercise. I reached out to Janie and it was the best thing Ive done. I have just completed my 5th session and Im already beginning to feel stronger and fitter. Janie is so knowledgeable and has tailored each session for me making sure Im doing exercises properly at all times. Every session is also really varied and I feel like Ive worked out every part of my body too. I now look forward to every session and she has even given me some personalised plans to follow in between our sessions. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I've been working with Jannie for nearly 10 years in various ways. Yoga, Personal Training, her wonderful fitness classes and now through the Beachbody nutrition programme. In all her many roles, Jannie has been supportive, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Every class, whether it be yoga or one of her outdoor fitness classes are all very inclusive and suitable for all abilities. No slacking off though as Jannie keeps us all working to our own abilities. I've recently started the Beachbody nutrition programme and seen remarkable results using this very straightforward but effective system. I've lost inches, dropped a dress size and improved my sleep and mood. If you're looking for help in any of these areas I'd recommend this to you. You'll find Jannie as supportive as she is in all her endeavours.

I signed up to nutrition with Janie and to be honest was a little sceptical at first. I signed up not to lose weight but to reevaluate what I am eating and the benefits of eating the right foods. The nutrition program is so simple and really easy to follow. No special meals required do the whole family can engage so you dont feel like youre missing out. This is not a fad diet and is a great way to put focus on what you are eating, the nutritional value of what youre eating and correct size portions. You can still have those treats! I dont feel like my diet is restricted in any way and never hungry. Its really surprising at how much you should be eating of the right foods! I have now completed 4 weeks on this nutrition program and its been brilliant, results speak for themselves: sleeping much better energy levels are much improved 3.1kg in weight lost 9&3/4 inches lost I would highly recommend you give this program a go.

Two inches off my waist and just over half a stone weight loss, its been a totally life changer in terms of how I eat and how its changed my life. I'm really happy, energy levels have increased, mood has improved, sleep is 100% better - everything had changed for the better. 100% recommend - do it for 30 days you won't regret it
