I reached out to Janie and it was the best thing Ive done. I have just completed my 5th session and Im already beginning to feel stronger and fitter. Janie is so knowledgeable and has tailored each session for me making sure Im doing exercises properly at all times. Every session is also really varied and I feel like Ive worked out every part of my body too.
I now look forward to every session and she has even given me some personalised plans to follow in between our sessions. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I dont feel like my diet is restricted in any way and never hungry. Its really surprising at how much you should be eating of the right foods!
