As first time buyers we didnt know where to start but Jackie & Fiona in First Mortgage went beyond my expectations of a mortgage advisory team. The appointments were well structured and all questions were answered promptly and clearly. They made the mortgage part of our house buying experience stress free and we had some really competitive options available to us which we didnt find through our own searching. We are first time buyers and had an absolutely fantastic experience at First time mortgages at the Dalkeith branch with Jackie and Fiona. Right from the start , Jackie made us feel at ease and had such a positive outlook and made us excited about the possibility of getting a mortgage. Myself and my partner werent sure if we were in a position to apply for a mortgage and did not know much about the whole process, however Jackie went through every step and explored all the different options that there were. Both Jackie and Fiona answered any questions along the way , and never made us feel silly for any question or made us feel like we were being annoying with all our questions. They both kept us updated regularly and were always at the end of the phone or email. I couldnt recommend Jackie and Fiona enough for making the whole process so easy!
