        Excellent service dropped off the watches for battery's and remove links from 2 watches tex 2 hours later to say they were ready to collect very nice gentleman that knows his watches going back with another 2 next week to get them sorted.

        What a gent. Billy opened up my IWC Mark 16, had a look, told me there's nothing wrong with it and even tested the watch in all positions for time keeping...He then closed it back up with a lot of care and told me "no charge, don't worry about it"... Next time I have an actual problem with a watch I won't hesitate to take it to Billy. A real star.
