I just wanted to say thank you again to Rachel for such a great experience at her Dalkeith practice yesterday. I have never felt so at ease before with a aesthetician and no pain during or after whatsoever. Highly professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly and welcoming. I visited BBA recently for a Hydrating Million Dollar facial with Courteney and am so impressed with the whole experience and the results, my skin looks and feels amazing. Courteney was super friendly and made sure I was comfortable. I will 100% be returning for this treatment and others!

Would not go anywhere else now. Rachel and her team are amazing. This is my second time and they way she does lip enhancement is great, no pain and the results are perfect. Need to save up for more wee treatments from her.

I have a number of areas of sun damage on my face that show as dark red spots. They take a lot of covering up with makeup and I tend to be quite self conscious about them. I was looking for a way to reduce the redness and had been to Rachel at Bespoke Beauty Aesthetics for previous treatments so really trusted her to give me the best advice on how to manage the sun damage. Rachel recommended a course of peels, and most importantly change my home skin care regime (which was virtually nonexistent). I've had the first peel - which felt lovely and have followed Rachel's skin care recommendations. Whilst there's not yet been a difference in the sun damage, I think I need to see through the course of peels before that's likely, but the difference in how much clearer, softer and healthier my skin feels is amazing. Rachel also gave me great advice about every day sun protection and switched me on to a far more effective daily spf moisturiser to make sure I don't get any more sun damage. I was a little nervous about peels - having seen those horrendous pictures we all used to see off Chemical Peels back in the 80s but this eased nothing like that - it was genuinely like the best facial you've ever had! I will definitely be back to see through the course of peels as my skin is feeling amazing after only one so I can only imagine how great it'll be when we're done!!! Rachel clearly fully researches all the treatments she offers and products she promotes which ensures she is very knowledgable, can answer all your questions and really put you at ease.
