Mulsanne Motors - Rolls Royce & Bentley Engineers

I used Mulsanne Motors for the first time this week (following a recommendation) to carry out routine servicing on my Bentley 2015 Speed. Both Mark and Ross could not be more professional, accomodating or friendly. When we arrived we were excited to see both Bentleys old (1934) & modern being looked after by these guys, showing the level of expertise that they obviously hold. If you are thinking of trying an Independent Bentley Specialist, look no further and give these guys a call if you want to be looked after in a professional but friendly manner. Professional, freindly, knowledgeable (and then some), timely, informed, excellent value, amazing workmanship, excellent customer service, trusted is my experience. I am very pleased to have been introduced and now a customer of Mark Black and Ross at Mulsanne Motors in Dalkeith. It's a 12 hour round trip from the far north of Scotland and absolutely worth it. From pre purchase questions, general queries on potential issues and resolution of those issues (including engine out vac line) Liaising directly with my dealer under warranty, Mark has been exceptional. What can I say , amazing service from the 1st minute I got in touch with Mark at Mulsanne Motors . 100% professional. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys . Spoke daily to Mark regarding my car and the repairs and service etc it was having done . Even went as far as picking me up from train station when I came to collect my car . Fantastic service and I will definitely use the. For any of my Bentleys needs . Thanks again to you all
