        Great staff great homes

        Lived in previous property for 5 and half years where every single room had damp but they insisted it was condensation, ended up with 3 children hospilised and needing inhaulers. Now have a report that proves all the house was infact damp. Had issues with drains the treatment from staff was horrific accusing me of using wipes then when they set a trap and no wipes were found it changed to i was not flushing the toilet after using ans using to much toilet paper. Eventually after 5 years they rerouted drains and issue was over. Then had issues with neighbours after a dound test was done was found house was 20db under standard. They lie keep everything in writing
