I was recommended GRS by a work colleague and they have been excellent. Clear, straight-forward quotation and turned up promptly to carry out the work. Accommodated last minute changes to what I wanted done and completed all the work to a very high finish. Always polite, on time and very tidy. Would recommend to family & friends.

I was booked in for work, I asked for a confirmation, I didn't get one, I was told a few days before the work was to start that GRS needed to postpone as they had double booked me. I replied saying how frustrated I was but that I understand mistakes happen. I was then told that, due to my message (which was not an angry rant by any means) they wouldn't carry out the job at all, leaving me totally stranded. I never write reviews but as a small business owner myself, I am shocked at the way this was handled. I will not be recommending this company, I found them to be unreliable and down right mean. Gordon knew how desperate I was for work to be carried out, it feels as though this was done out of spite because I politely voiced my frustration at their error and lack of organisation. Really really disappointing.

As someone fairly ignorant to electrical problems, I found Gordon at GRS to be a clear, informative and polite tradesman. I described the issue, he diagnosed it and advised a cost over the phone. Within 48 hours, the job was done and the issue resolved. For speedy resolution, reasonable price and clear, informative customer service, I would use GRS again.
