        We hired proclean24 to do an end of tenancy clean. They did everything but did not touch the carpets at all. We found out about this on the day we were giving the flat in. This meant we had no time to do anything about it and had to pay our landlords a fee of 175 pounds after we had already spent 345 pounds on the proclean24 end of tenancy service. Proclean24 claimed they informed us that carpets were not included in an end of tenancy clean, that is just not true. If that were the case we would have either paid them for the extra service or done it ourselves. Why would we deliver a flat clean but with dirty carpets? They claim their service is more expensive but of higher quality than their competitors, we disagree. Would not recommend.

        Just what we needed Hired for an end of tenancy cleaning, couldnt be more happy. Kate and her team performed a stellar job and everything was spotless. The flat ending up looking better then we found it. The best part was they were able to complete the job without us being around, which helped with our busy schedule as we could focus on moving out. Would definitely recommend to students who are moving out of their flat.
