        Visited this branch Thursday 8th September! Was served by Maxine. My reason for visiting this branch was to re - new my ISA! Was unsure about re investing. Maxine's knowledge of ISA,S was second to none. She guided me through the process with such ease and professionalism I had complete confidence in her advice. She is a credit to Nationwide.         Service is Dalkeith branch embarrassing. And its not first time for me there .The lady named Donna or Diana is very rude. Today at about 9.15 am I was asked to print the statment for the whole year. The lady commented that so much work I brings to her. She printed this with angrer , and when I noticed that is wrong she in a very rude way started talking to me. When she printed for the second time, also wrong , I left this branch. This lady is acting like she's working there as a punishment. Her behavior was degrading to me. Avoid this place !

        Very poor service I have been with nationwide for 15 years and always deposit my money through the bank teller although now I am being told to put it through the cashing machine no wonder banks are closing I will be changing to a friendlier branch in future disappointed
