        Very disappointed with my diary order. Product received was of inferior quality, printing so faint, difficult to read. All attempts to speak to customer services on different extentions met with refusal and disconnected call. Invoice stated that no returns accepted unless damaged???? Buy from Smiths in future.

        ORDERED DIARIES ON 05/07/2022 ORDER NO 120019911 FROM LETTS OF LONDON STILL NOT RECEIVED THEM HAVE SENT MANY EMAILS NO REPLY OR STATING IVE NOT ORDERED FROM THEM IT CAME OUT OF MY CR CARD STATEMENT AS WELL HAVE RESENT A MAIL AGAIN TODAY AND HOPEFULLY SOMEONE WILL ACTION MY REQUEST PLEASE CONTACT ME
