        I am long customer and I had lovely service when I was business client but when covid killed my income and had some financial struggle customer service in Dalkeith branch done 10 times more effort to help me to get my money back - that day I spent there 4 hours while girls were working hard to sort my issue. I will never change bank and definitely recommend this place to rich and normal clients.

        The phone service is terrible and shocking plus having to wait for a very long time plus just keeps ringing and voice operator saying same thing. I just want someone to answer ASAP straight away.
