Well worth the money! Wouldn't recommend anyone else for the job! Had an issue with my shower giving me Barely warm enough water to the point where I'd be dreading showering - because every shower I'd be literally shivering, even at maximum setting, for some reason it wouldn't get hot enough for neither love nor money.. House agency eventually sent out someone to inspect it who said the bath tap and sink temperatures were fine so he couldn't adjust it or anything (tbh I'm not fully convinced they sent me a real plumber, rather just some kinda general inspector?) but the fellow pointed me to a valve n said that turning a part of that would fix it if I wanted it.. Found it, adjusted it, didn't do naught. Finally decided to find someone myself to see about it and saw the full 5 star profile here and I can honestly say the reviews are right on the money. Cannot recommend this man highly enough. Paul came and had a look at the part I was originally told would fix it and figured out it was only for the bath (which was absolutely fine) and had nothing to do with the shower. Because it's a very new kind of shower they had installed, it wasn't one he'd come across before but still figured out how to get into it and adjust it from the inside quick as a bell Not only that he had the patience to kindly humour me go through and explain to me everything he was doing and how it all worked (I know how annoying it must be to have someone hanging over your shoulder poking their nose into your work while you're trying to get things done haha) And was absolutely lovely, made sure it was fixed up for the perfect temperature for me (I'm pretty cold blooded so I like my showers Extra hot) and got everything done in plenty of time. First proper hot shower I've had in 2 whole months!! Absolute heaven! Honestly cannot sing his praises enough, incredibly happy with my now fully functioning and perfectly adjusted shower!!
