I was very impressed with Graeme from the moment he quoted for job of replacing my facias, soffits, guttering and downpipes. He was professional, knowledgable and was not pushy. He didn't need to be pushy as his quote was competative. Once I decided to go ahead with the job, he gave a rough date, which was very accurate and was confirmed by email a week before the start date. His men arrived early on the first day and worked at a good pace but didn't rush. I was kept informed daily as to their progress and the timescale I was given initially by Graeme was met. I was most impressed by the finished job. The roofline now looks fantastic and everything looks like it has been put together professionally. There is a 10 year guarantee which I hope never to use, but if required I am confident that Graeme and his team would be quick to respond to any problems. I would recommend Ogilvie Roofline to anyone wishing to replace their roofline.
