He was extremely professional and honest with what we could do and about the room's limitations. He and the team took our vision on board and gave excellent recommendations. Mark was extremely communicative and gave us a progress report every day. He helped me pick out our suite items and was always responsive. I knew when to expect him and his team each day, they always showed up at the time mentioned, and they always left the area spotless at the end of each day. Mark and his team have totally transformed our bathroom. He kept us updated throughout the whole process and checked in with us daily. Our bathroom was completely ripped out and replaced within the timescale estimated. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble (even moving the radiator 1cm closer to the wall ) We highly recommend them if you are looking to get any bathroom work done. I would like to thank Mark and his team for transforming my very tired looking bathroom. From the first meeting I found him very professional, helpful and knowledgeable and was able to give me many idea of what could and couldnt be done. He kept in touch every day, sending videos of what work had been completed and left my flat immaculate at the end of every day. Mark and his team were outstanding! They ripped out our old bathroom, re-walled, tiled,and fitted everything. All through the process mark kept us updated with the work plans and the time frame, along with working with us to come up with the best plan of action that suited our needs and requirements. Mark and his team did a full rip out and refit of our bathroom and were fantastic throughout. They arrived on time, delivered in line with the agreed schedule, and left the place spotless at the end of each day.
