Returned a faulty handdbag which cost me 15 , was shown a notice by member of staff that said items had to be returned within 2 wks if you change your mind . I bought the item about 5 wks ago and have just started to use it but handle wont stay on, if the bag had been a few pounds i wouldnt have bothered but at 15 from a charity shop i thought i was getting a quality item. I very promptly told the woman i hadnt changed my mind it was faulty the answer i got was well im just telling you so you know the next time, i told her it shouldnt even have been mentioned as it didnt apply to me as i was returning a faulty item , i did get a reluctant refund, i donate and purchase loads from this shop i will now go somewhere else in future

Manager was rude. My 19 months toddler opened a box with a cheap toy and the manager very rudely told us that we need to buy it. We would have bought it anyway but her lack of manners made us decide this was the last time we are shopping or donating at Barnados Dalgety Bay.
