As a essential working worked straight through this corona virus you would think company's like Royal mail would help. I asked for my parcel to be delivered to dalgety Bay Post office then 3 times in 1 week sorry we have been unable to deliver my parcel. I asked why then to be told if yodel or hermes is delivering it they won't accept. I have no choice I can't work from home and shops are closed. I only want to collect after work if I can't then I can't really order anything online due to this problem.

Let me start by saying the staff are lovely, but I just had a fairly uncomfortable experience at RS McColl's which really disappointed me. There are supposed to be two people in at a time in this small store/post office due to covid-19 measures. You would think that, as a public service provider, there would be sufficient signage to explain this. Perhaps at the door even. But without signage or any fortitude from the people behind the counter to make any attempt to moderate entry, the store went from two people to five and the tiny aisles became impassible. I am on the clinically vulnerable list and this was really nerve wracking for me, being put in a position where social distancing was not being moderated or respected by staff or patrons. Given the number of vulnerable and elderly people in our community which use their Postal and news services, they have got to do better. As a public service provider, they are responsible for the care of the people of Dalgety Bay.
