        Rooms: Room was clean and tidy. Nearby activities: We spent a nice afternoon at Threave house and gardens which is perfect for people of all ages. Food & drinks: Excellent choices and options available for all allergies and vegetablarians

        Nice warm welcome and friendly staff, no towels so bought some on our stay, wet hand towels left in shower were just hung up on rads. Windows do a good job and quieten the room down but hotel is on a busy junction. Loved the idea of the bath in the bedroom. Nearby activities: There is a number of restaurants within walking distance, a petrol station and garage facilities. The river runs alongside the hotel.
