        Would actually have given a minus if able. In 5 months the only.library in Scotland to refuse us plugging in our laptop to edit photos ( not to connect to Internet ) even though members of Dumfries & Galloway Libraries, AND The shear malicious delight evinced by the librarian when she alleged we needed Council clearance. Probably a.jobsworth or.just a really spiteful individual. We moved on to more enlightened environs. Dr. / Coln BOB AND SANDRA
