Karen really paid attention to my hair, unlike most hairdressers I've visited recently who do my foils rushed and on auto pilot (I understand, I have A LOT of hair) Karen took her time and really paid attention to every single strand. I'll travel the 325 miles from Stevenage to dalbeattie again just to get her to do my high lights again
