Re previous review I would now say all has been resolved and a good job done! The problem area was as Steven had diagnosed initially and persuaded me from replacing the foam in the seat cushions unnecessarily! Previous review which was acted upon immediately, below. I was impressed by the fact that Steven came out to check over my couch and told me the springs needed tightening and not to waste money replacing the seat cushions. The springing was to take place in October and despite contacting them three or four times in mid December no further forward? No response to my calls. Not a happy bunny!
