        The reason it seems the phone isn't working is because it's a new system which gives caller ringing tone even when staff are on a call. Sign up for the text service and get a text when your prescription is ready then you wouldn't need to phone !!!

        The phone is never answered!! I actually wonder if they have an actual phone in that pharmacy. The manager of the store, so so rude. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

        Best pharmacy in Cupar for customer service. Although often busy the staff are really helpful. One lady even managed to sort out a problem with my GP's practice not updating my change of a address for a year. Despite me completing the change of address form online several times. Well done guys.
