For some time now Ive been having reflexology treatments with Ally for my hyperthyroidism (Graves disease) and scar tissue following a lung operation. It has helped so much and I am so grateful, highly recommended! Ive also been treated successfully by Jerome for sciatica.

Ally is great and makes you feel really relaxed and comfortable. She will adapt the massage to what you need. I always feel better after a treatment. I'd really recommend.

I have been receiving reflexology treatments from Ally for a while and find her very professional, empathetic and knowledgeable. The treatments always leave me relaxed and help with my various health problems. Her clinic is warm and clean. Would recommend to anyone.

Originally Ally came to our house for my friend who had problems post cancer treatment. It was a surprise reflexology treatment, as my friend doesn't like people touching her feet. Ally soon put her at ease, my friend found the treatment beneficial, even enjoyed it. Ally is very knowledgeable, professional. Definately recommend.

I have been seeing Ally for the past few months on a regular basis. Initially for reflexology, now for massage & reflexology. Ally is a lovely person, listens about your ailments, kind, caring, knowledgeable and professional. Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs. You come out feeling pampered and refreshed. Your muscles relaxed. Having a regular treatment is helping my post op spinal surgery, general stress and pain relief. Good for my overall well being. Would thoroughly recommend anyone to have a treatment. Price is reasonable too. Home visit or in Cupar. Definately 5 star and above. MJ.
