        Huge thanks to John Black in the Aberdeenshire outlet who saved the day for me after a bad experience with a mower dealer down south advertising JD parts then taking a week to knowingly send cheap alternatives - big margins for them. Didnt even send the right alternative and bad attitude to fix it. What a contrast to Johns fantastic attitude who went out of his way in both effort and communication to help fix this for me overnight - not even that big a spend order - a lesson learned for me, Customer Service definitely has a value and I wont buy my Deere stuff anywhere else now.
