Surprisingly quiet regardless of when I visit.

I feel it is important to point out the staff are lovely, very helpful and polite at all times under what I would consider difficult circumstances. (Which is why I gave a four rating)
The main issue I feel is what I consider a poor selection of books available. I also visit Glenrothes & Leven libraries on occasion and find a more varied selection there at times.
While I appreciate these other libraries are run under the same umbrella if you will and may cater to their clientele I feel Cupar falls behind, sorry, but well done ladies.
