When applying in person the head staff were very judgmental on my spendings to the point where I felt uncomfortable. A couple of K is nothing, a holiday, a computer or your first car... However the snobby and unprofessional comments still came my way. A bad first impression.
Appointments would last 5 minutes, I would spend more time patiently waiting to be called over as my "coach" akwardly ignores my presence. During these appoinments your coach would quiz you on what you had done to further better yourself on the job front, It was very easy to be manipulated and in turn become very defencive as if accused of a crime your are innocent of. You have to remember your an adult, even although a majority of the staff look down on you and treat you like a child. The appointments themselves were useless, a waste of time, money and would normally end up leaving me feeling negative about myself afterward. Tactics or unproffesionalism aside, the negativity I felt after an appointment was unhealthy and unhelpfull.
To do the most simple of things, such as change an appointment date you are barred from discussing it with your coach, you must go directly to the middle man; a service center you must call atleast twice where you will easily wait 30 minutes on hold and 10 minutes changing a date, Ridiculous. Is it necassery?
To summarise;
These coaches aren't there to help you, they are there to make your day rotten as they scowl at you, judging your entirety. The only thing these people are there for is to send you to their service centre.
