        Have a leak in my boiler water poring from it no pressure at all no hot water called kingdom someone came out that day said he will be back next day to fix problem. Apparently This isnt an emergency on day 3 now no hot water. And apparently there waiting on the valve coming hmm I could go to b&q or wicks and get the part. Customer service is a lot to be desired for if I never had to have them coming to fix my problems I would defo go else where!!! No even any phone calls to tell me whats happening I have had to call them

        PAUL was my engineer who knows everything there is to know, he fixed my boiler, an all little tweaks wrong with it.. so happy after having so many useless engineers having one who knows what he's doing..
