        Useless!! How can a building be called a bank when you can't even take out your own money?!?! Swapping banks ASAP as this one is a complete wash out, didn't even get the correct information when I phoned first!!! Don't know why they bother opening the doors. Terrible.

        I tried to open an account with this bank,the staff were not friendly or welcoming,very frustrating experience, after not answering my questions,when I said I'd just open an account at my husband's bank their reply was just to ask where he banked. Do banks just not need new customers?

        Utterly pointless branch, they can't give out cash. Since they have been refitted they still have staff but can only dispense cash from the atm to a maximum of 500.
