    Love your pilates body is a fantastic pilates class! Ana keeps things interesting by changing up the exercises and tailoring to the ability of the class. Ana kept us all going via Zoom classes during lockdown and although back in small classes in the studio now, she has also, kindly kept on one zoom class for those of us who prefer to continue attending from home. Absolutely 5/5

    Ana is great teacher, I wasn't able to get to the floor and Ana devised a work out to suit me. I was standing, using a chair and against the wall. She is always studying and improving her practice. My fitness and flexibility has improved so much. I'm sure Ana could work out a treatment plan for anyone. Thanks Ana

    I'd never had Pilates lessons before I went to Ana's classes. The difference they have made is striking. My flexibility, strength and toning have all improved significantly. I had a bad ski related knee injury earlier this year, and during lockdown Ana's online lessons helped me to recover. Ana is friendly, will always offer tailored exercises , and not afraid to push you a bit to get the best out of you. And the classes are friendly and fun
