Very busy, not welcoming. I was in for a weekly prescription and it was not ready for me going in even though I pick it up same day every week. I don't like to tell people how to do there job, I think they would know? Have it ready and the shop would be less busy.

Unorganised and lazy. The worst Lloyds I have had the displeasure of dealing with. The one in Auchinlek is much better.

Prescription not been right for months ,not blaming workers who never stop , but the system is obviously faulty and probably not enuf staff on post. ,the usual nowadays with every business trying to make more money

Never in my life, in any of the 3 countries I have lived in, had to deal with such a disorganised, uncommunicative, incompetent group of "service provider's". While the young staff are polite and following directions from the senior. To be told after 8 calls during the week to confirm my script that they wouldn't have time to fill it, best i go to another pharmacy! Darn right i will be....staffiwas
