A few years ago I was lucky enough to purchase a gorgeous twin Balmoral, the quality was amazing it was just stunning to look at. Was and am still gutted I sold it anyway, Parms with Pizazz offered me free delivery all the way down to Kent. When Mr Pizazz arrived very late in the evening liked scheduled he was very polite and gave the service and kindness I had received on the phone when asking questions about the pram and then purchasing it. We went to Pramtasia and was lucky enough to meet the team and Mr Pizazz, remembered us and was happy to chat with us. I then contacted Prams with Pizazz in regards to a new hood and apron for a different pram. They explained to me the choice of fabrics, prices and posting the items. Unfortunately I wasnt able to take them up on this work as the hood was and still is attached to said pram.Husbands. Anyway from every phone call or message I received it was with the upmost politeness and genuine care. When I finally get a showroom, I will be sending the whole pram to be Pizazzed as I know the quality will be outstanding. Thanks Pizazz team and sorry it took over 5 years to write a review

Unhelpful in every respect, failed the attitude test !, go elsewhere folks. Just had a response and they are talking poo, well !, at least I'm not alone. in finding this company rotten, read other reviews..

Highly recommended! I can't thank Scott, Carolyn and the team enough. I gave them my pram and my idea, and they took care of the rest. The finished results are way better than I'd have ever imagined. I absolutely love my pram and can't wait to take it out. Thanks again Pizazz team

Felt extremely looked down upon and snubbed after I was enquiring about a recover for a hood and new apron to be made on a Marmet pram. The admin were quite endearing until I mentioned that the pram was for a resale restoration of my own and would like to use them for future projects (asked if I could order some sample fabric colours for future decisions after I had completed the Marmet). I was immediately told to take my business else where, that it was simply thier 'policy' to deal with 'thier own clients only' and they are far too busy for regular custom. Found this extremely unprofessional and insulted that my money was then not good enough for this company. I left the conversation feeling like I had done something wrong and had insulted them, rather than just enquiring about thier services. Not a pleasant experience, wish I hadn't been recommended to them at all. Taken my business to another company who can't help enough, wish I had gone there in the first place
