        Was made to feel unwelcome by being asked why I was even there as the wedding venue should have organised everything. They had nothing organised and I was shown no centre pieces and made to chose from memory from the year before when I met with the hotel. The lady dictated to me how many tables I could have even though this had already been organised with the hotel. She was highly rude to me and I told the hotel I would not deal with this company again. On the day everything was provided but this was only because my wedding coordinator ensured what I wanted and paid for was given. No add ons were even offered, even though I was interested in more than what my wedding package was offering I chose to not even ask. Horrible experience with this company.
