        I was extremely upset when I went into the Public Library to enquire about using there toilets. I had assumed that since it was a public library then the toilets would also be open to the public like the previous library. Unfortunately when I enquired I was told that I would not be able to use the toilets as they were not for public use. Why would a public library not have facilities which were availalbe for the use of the public. I was most unsatisifed and will not be going there again.
