Easy to book using the App but had to wait for Aqua Aerobics class to finish & reception to finish dealing with telephone enquiries before being allowed into the changing room. Pool quality was good, but after the Lane swims slot, the next general swims were allowed through before I and other lane swimmers were out of the pool. The showers were very cold despite sign warning showers may be very hot! The receptionist on my way out was cheerful & helpful.

Entered the car park to pick up our child from the school gym hall. Agreed there is seemingly a small sign however it was pitch black, ( you cant see it in the dark)We explained we were in the car park for literally 60 seconds however made my wife go in and pay 5 for the code to exit. Very bad management for a simple mistake, no empathy. Will never use this facility again. Disgusting behaviour.
