        These sites all seem the same, however this estate agent has very nice people at their shops when you call or at least the Cumnock and Kilmarnock shops are good.

        Very poor customer relations Called them from outside the office for over 5 minutes and no response so walked in to find 3 ladies happily chit chatting and eventually one decided to acknowledge us. A simple request to speak to someone regarding house Conveyancing was replied to in a very unprofessional manner that there was no appointment for three weeks. Called another local firm who saw us first thing the next day.
