        I was appalled when my mother's condition went downhill rapidly after being discharged from Ayr Hospital to here. She has been transferred back to Ayr and when I asked why was told by a member of staff she was being sent back for investigation on why she could not eat or drink. Ayr hospital had already found out why, we're managing it just before she was released to Cumnock. They clearly are incompetent at reading patients notes.
