I had a heavey item to put in the skip I could have done it myself but the skip was quite high not the usual low skip they normally have so I went over to the boys what was there and I asked for help and they told me that they are not allowed to lift anything and then they said If I can't get it inside the skip that I had to put it back in my car and take it back home and think again so I went back to the car and after some time struggling to get it in the skip they were standing back laughing at me struggling what a shambles of a place it was disgusting behaviour

Considering my appointment was for Sunday, of which I had booked to be there 8.20am Sunday, I found on arrival a very long queue of vehicles ... They were closed with no information to state they were closed sat waiting with the 15 other cars and vans like idiots, due to some issue Barr had, but they neglected to advise all those customers who had booked to use the facility, also the blame I consider referenced to East Ayrshire Council, because there was no information to advise users of the recycling facility that it was closed!! So all their customers that day Subday 8th May had a wasted journey due to poor management, with no actual sign stating that the facility was closed on that date ... Had to return home and re-book for the Monday 9th May ... No signs, no apology... that's why your lucky to receive 2 stars ...
