        Useless. Booked a car for 4.15pm but it didnt arrive on time. Called to enquire and call handler couldnt give time stating no cars available, will be despatched when available, couldnt specify if this would be minutes or hours so I cancelled and made other arrangements. At 4.30 driver called me to say he was at my address. Very rude when I told him Id cancelled because he was late. Whats the point of booking a taxi if it doesnt come on time? I do not recommend this company.
