Amazing experience with Angela. From the moment we met we just new she was the person who was going to lead us to our new home. She made us feel so comfortable and guided us. Angela was such a pleasure to work with. She helped my husband and I look at places around the area. She was clear on all each home had to offer. She is knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough. She truly treated us really well. She has been such a great help to my family. We cant recommend her enough!!

I note the majority if not all the reviews here are by apparent 'landlords' which is interesting. As a tenant, I have given one star as it is mandatory to select one for a review, however the agency isn't deserving of this. On moving in to a flat, neither the gas or electricity were working and it was January. I spent the entire afternoon trying to sort out key metres and ended up going to 5 places because there was a debt on the keyfob etc. The boiler didn't work for 24hrs and when the boilerman came out Saturday and got it working, it then stopped in the evening so we had to wait in again for him to return Monday as the agency didn''t have a contract for the weekend! All of this was in January with freezing temperatures. He got it working but then it stopped again following Saturday evening and the agents/Angela was contacted immediately but didn't respond so she was chased Sunday morning and she responded saying she had sent texts to me which she clearly hadn't. She hadn't checked out the previous tenant correctly as after 3 months his gear was still in the storage cupboard which he damaged the lock and handle to remove his gear and she just slapped a new padlock on it arguing it was safe to use even though the handle was hanging off. There was NO mandatory gas certificate on entry to the property and the inventory was sent 4 days later with old photos without dates so I took numerous photos evidencing correct state of the flat. The landlord had also let the his registration lapse so the property should not have even been tenanted. The paperwork for the inventory could have been completed by a 9 yr old it was so barren of detail etc. The tv aerial was broken and the previous tenant had left a pile of rubbish relating to his Sky package in the corner which she didn't remove, telling me to get the landlord to do it when she was managing the flat. She lied about the landlord not providing a blind to the downstairs bedroom window when he told me the previous tenant had broken it and the fixtures were twisted and evident there had been a blind there. This is just part of the issues as in the first day I also had a locksmith to open the patio doors and other issues. The flat had been empty 3 months and she had ample time to sort matters and completely neglected to do so. I would not use this agency again and certainly wouldn't trust her with any of my property and having been a landlord I have a lot of tolerance and understanding of the law and legal obligations which she doesn't consider important. Basically she operates solely for the landlords' interests making numerous excuses for their lack of adherence to their obligations. She doesn't care about tenants or ethical duties to them. I would NOT recommend under ANY circumstances as the excuses are also endless.
