        Most post offices have gone down hill in recent years. The mail side seems a sideline to offies and corner shops. This one is pretty poor. I went to buy a box and was told cash only. Very dodgy.

        Never been in a more downtrodden post office. Worse than that is how slow the queues are dealt with. I wont be using this place again.

        I dont get out the house much, being an invalid. So when i get out i like to chat to the very friendly staff. Sometimes we can chat for 20 minutes or longer, which isnt an issue, as usually not busy, just me and maybe one other customer. Staff even gave me rizlas so i could roll up my medical on the counter, god bless.

        Unpleasant run down looking shop. This was Ment to be our Mega upgrade from the "Busy-Busy" shop we had upstairs. Its been a Total disaster since day 11of opening not sure if bad management or whatever but just not appropriate for what I and majority of cumbernauld people needs. Everything new and space that was used for new shelves and counters are empty. Cant blame the staff . They not got enough for there ques of people to serve them. . Worse when closed unexpectedly On another note its the only place in the town centre thats -20 guaranteed when you walk in. Many days I've turn.up at like 2pm and a Written note on the shutter CLOSED EARLY e. Gives is back to old post office
