The Groom Room Cumbernauld

Disappointed is an understatement! 2 out of 4 appointments booked were cancelled at last minute, I was told to go back on the website to rebook, nothing available for 3 months...ridiculous! Putting the dogs health at risk, very poor attitude!

Just seen my Mums dog after being in for a grooming appointment. Absolutely shocking what they have done to the dog. Shes a Rough Collie and I could have cried when I saw her. The groomer (Erin) has totally destroyed her coat and its going to be a long time before it grows back to anywhere near what it was Do not trust them with your pets.

AVOID!! Had my little one booked in for a full groom today, showed up to our appointment half an hour early as we had to see the vet to collect his wormer and was told that my appointment had been cancelled. Normally this sort of thing wouldnt bother me had I been notified but to be told half an hour before my appointment at the desk with no prior warning was shocking. When highlighting this I stated that I received email and text reminders twice this week regarding the appointment so how could I not have been informed of the cancellation this way and was met with a terrible attitude from the person at the desk. When trying to rebook my pup i was told it would be 5 weeks before their next appointment which obviously is no good if he is already due a groom today. Staff were really rather rude and took a not my problem attitude. Wont be back, would defo recommend sticking to your local groomers!

First time taking my 2 fur babies there, staff amazing, one of my dogs is very timid they were great with her. They both came out looking great will definitely be taking them back
