I could not be more complimentary about this place. They cared for my mum for almost 10 months and struck up relationships with her where my mum would not have normally been party to. The staff were absolutely outstanding not just to the residents but their families too. I cannot thank and praise them enough for how they cared for my mum. Thank you so so so much.

Don't know why it's showing my daughters name but anyway that's the least of my worries. If anyone is thinking of putting their loved one in there I would seriously think again! My poor mum was in there only 3 weeks when she took Unwell with a urine infection, but it took them 3 days to inform the family of this and by that time it was too late. My mum was rushed to hospital where she never regained consciousness and died on the Friday night without myself or my sister getting to say our goodbyes. The manager did not even have the decency to phone us to say how sorry she was we had to do it ourselves as we wanted answers. We would take this further but right now we are hurting too much to go through it all again with lawyers. The only reason I am rating it one star is because I would not of been able to put a review if I had not. Call yourselves a nursing home? I would not even ask you to look after a pet goldfish, you should be ashamed of yourselves, especially the manager!

Excellent staff, very well run place! Overall a great Care home.
