Took my phone up as it kept switching off n on n freezing they said needed a new battery and new software upgrade on it n would cost 35 pounds said thats great paid there n then n picked it up to then have the phone do the exact same thing still so took up to be told oh will cost me another 80 quid to fix robbing me out of 35 no more wont ever be back in ur store again especially wen my husband has a disability n u think u can take the p out of him

Tried to return a device I purchased opened as the display model 2 days after getting it to be told no even though the phone only worked periodically on and off to then be offered a partial refund because it had been opened when I was sold it at full price that way! Absolutely ridiculous warranty means nothing at all told to return next day to be told the exact same thing
