Ive been training with the club for around 3 years nowall started with an introductory offer...these were great fun and I was hooked...signing up straight away. The Cumbernauld class has a nice vibe with a friendly atmosphere and welcoming approach. There is more than just training with group hill walks and social event taking place as well. Peter and Stuart are diligent instructors who have an obvious passion for the club and teaching the art of proper self defence. Training with the club has given me increased confidence looking after myself and my family. The classes are fun, challenging, satisfying and innovative. I cant recommend the club enough and would encourage anyone, form beginner to expert, to come along and join in.

Brilliant class, Brilliant trainers and excellent place to get fit, build confidence, meet new people and have some fun at the same time. Great for beginners or intermediate. Joining this club was the best best choice I made and makes me feel GREAT after every session

A great venue with excellent instructor and students. Watching Peter grow into his role as an instructor has been a fantastic part of my krav journey, long may it continue.
