        We place a large fittings order every 6 months with VPS, as usual we check a couple of the fittings from each bag to ensure they are ok. On this occasion we found the 15mm fittings very stiff and awkward to to get on and off. I then called VPS to ask why this was and was told they couldn't offer a solution and that Graham was wanting to get out of general plumbing supplies to concentrate on underfloor heating supplies and wouldn't be intersted in changing suppliers or looking for a solution. Great!!! So now im stuck with nearly a thousand pounds worth of fittings that are not fit for purpose. Good luck with your new venture and thanks for the poor customer service.

        Placed an order that was qouted 2 day delivery and no sign after a week so contacted and they apologised but another week passed and still no supply despite further efforts to contact that were ignored. Contacted paypal to resolve and they just issued a refund without any comment or apology. Not impressed
