Avoid - they have either ceased trading, or just have terrible fulfillment and customer service. Bought a cable at the Bike Show, and it's a great product. Ordered and paid for additional connector online a week or two later in December 22. Now Feb 23 - no connectors, and no response to emails for voicemails.

SCAM Scam scam don't use them. Update : These smammers are now trying to challenge credit card charge backs. Paid my money never received the goods, fake order confirmation and post confirmation. Never responded to my emails. Website now closed down. Scam and a shark. Order placed 21 November 2022 still not arrived 04 January 2023. This is now a scam I have requested and received a charge back from credit card provider. Goods will never arrive Street View shows why scam stay clear of them

Bought these cables at a convention last year and loved them! Had to order more adapters as I lost some. Placed the order in December, received a shipping notice for one and not the other. Neither arrived, emails are not being answered, and the shop's actual website appears to be gone now. Disappointing as the product is great!

STAY AWAY SCAM!!! - bought 2 at a show and ordered more on line as i thought what a good idea - 1 from the show doesn't work at all - never received the online order placed - no response to phone calls or emails - sad i wasted my money

Bought 2 cables after seeing a demo at the ideal home show & was given the short one for the car. Found all 3 charge really slowly & don't get anywhere near the advertised current. One of the cables failed after a few months. An email to all about the warranty got a one word response "Address?" Nothing further & no replacement sent. Now the magnet has come off the other cable.
