AVOID at all costs!!!! Absolutely horrendous service. What was promised to be a maximum 2 week job, resulted in 5 weeks worth of stress, us having to make numerous phone calls to chase them and query why people aren't doing any work, etc. Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong and the owner couldn't care less. No sense of urgency, delay after delay, countless promises which never materialised and total lack of professionalism and customer service. On top of that out lounge floor was scratched and decking set on fire by the workers. Never experienced something like this!

Arona bathrooms have just finished my ensuite and bathroom. I was so impressed from talking to John and Eddie doing my survey. The workers Peter and Graham were amazing dealing with any issues that arose. Their workmanship was impeccable. Cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you so much everyone.

So happy with my new bathroom from Arona can't praise them enough, the guys were very clean and very professional I'm so happy with the outcome I would highly recommend them . Well done Arona. 5 star all the way.
