        Went after getting a card through the letterbox from the postman saying a package couldn't be delivered because there was 3.50 to pay on seeing the item there was stamps on it and the item was a 1 Callender so I said I'm not paying 3.50 for a 1 present and refused it. Also my daughter was expecting a parcel from her boss sent 1st class didn't arrive for 2 weeks shocking service royal mail not the postman's fault but the rubbish bosses

        Absolute Joke, pay 25 for next day delivery by 1PM and they send it to another part of the country! How low does people's IQ need to be before spotting this
