Ordered Crispy shredded beef a portion of mini rolls (over cooked and dry) plus veg noodles , the portion size could not be smaller if they tried the crispy beef didnt even reach half way up the tub. The Vegetable noodles had a weird foosty taste as well . I Wont be back . 15.90 wasted . Parking: Easy to park

We usually love our food from here, but tonight's breast of chicken curry was unbearably too hot to eat, sorry we won't be back .2 stars were for the prawn crackers and chips.

Hugely disappointed with my recent experience. We have had many takeaways from Ken Wok & always enjoyed the food. The last 2 orders have been frustrating. The first one around 3 weeks ago I collected only to get home & one of the main meals was missing, called up, received an apology and told I could come back to collect - no offer of dropping it off, - bit annoyed but didnt complain. Tonight I decided to get a delivery to save me the hassle of collecting. When it arrived, we had no prawn crackers, our order was 22.20 plus delivery of 2.50, 10p for a bag & a random service charge of 50p which who knows is what for - all in 25.30. I called up because Ive never had a Chinese where prawn crackers have not been included. I was told the order needs to be over 23. This would have been fine, unusual compared other Chinese takeaways but fine if they actually made that clear. I ended up driving over to get prawn crackers defeating the purpose of paying to have our dinner delivered. I explained what happened & was told its clearly on the menu. It doesnt say it anywhere online though!! I was then charged 2.90 for a bag of prawn crackers when my order was only 80p short to have them included. In future Id be just as cheap in the long run driving to the cotton house to collect an order - & the food is better.
